We called him to request treatment for a large wasps nest in our loft. Urgent as we are trying to clear the loft ahead of our house move in two weeks. Joe was able to attend the next day, wore protective clothing to apply appropriate chemical treatment and advised when it would be safe to re-enter the loft.
