From my initial meeting with Joe he was professional and informative.
The problem with the rats was solved .
Joe cleared and cleaned the loft, all done with efficiency. The loft was cleaned and then insulated as soon as it was cleared of the rats.
It has been a pleasure to do business with Joe, I highly recommend him to deal with any of your pest problems.

What incredible service. Joe is polite and efficient. He didn't just turn up, put poison down and go. He explained the process, and went above and beyond to find entry/exit points and work to remove them permanently. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough.
Hope I don't have to use him again:-) but he would be the fist call I make if I have any pest problems
